I would highly encourage all guys to attend Roshni's Chakradance experience and course to support your inner healing journey and surrender to the energetic flow of simply enjoying being. I was a bit uncomfortable at first at attending but Roshni creates a lovely peaceful circle of peace and love that encourages souls to simply speak their truth. I have been lucky enough to experience a healing massage with Roshni - I can not recommend this woman enough - her aura and energy's are radiant and her technique in massage is impeccable - I have had many massages in my time but I have never experienced a combination of the physical muscle stimulation combined with the spiritual healing stimulation together (what an experience) it was truly amazing, she is a very talented woman - there is no doubt I will be a regular. I was hooked after my first treatment with Roshni. From the lovely smile and welcome from this lovely lady of light. I felt immediately at ease as we talked through the treatment and focus areas. We opted for a mixed massage treatment, which incorporated a mixture of chiropractic, massage and reiki healing. I was in recovery from 2 broken bones and a fractured ankle and was not walking for 6 months. Once my consultant said I can start having massages and I'm so glad I trusted Roshni with my healing journey. I now have a monthly treatment and have also participated in a 1-2-1 chakradance therapy session. 100% recommend any of these treatments, I travel all the way from London as I would not trust anyone else. I had my first session with Roshni for a deep tissue massage. She was very professional and really massaged all the knots out of my shoulder and back, it was amazing, felt so good. She ensured it was all gone and did a thorough check of my back. I felt a bit sore and bruised after, due to the hard work Roshni put in, but feels so much better on my shoulders and moving my arms. She also recommended exercise moves to help keep shoulders stay better.

I absolutely loved your workshops. The way you present everything has been perfect, you are so articulate and knowledgeable and I love that you stay in touch and share other things to support the work we have done! You hold the space for everyone so well you are a natural and very gifted healer it's a blessing. I have been struggling a lot over the past year or so and the past 6 months have been extremely challenging. I experienced myself hitting a wall, going in a downward spiral, loosing control, battling with repeated cycles of behaviour and circumstances and unable to maintain any type of practice ( there would have hardly have been a day go by where I wasn't doing some sort of spiritual/mindfulness practice before that). I struggled to connect to a higher source and find my inner balance. I definitely feel something has shifted since I started the Chakradance. I had been coming home from work crying nearly every day unable to cope and now I've had two weeks solid with only one emotional outburst. Your sessions have inspired me to start journaling again and I definitely feel like there are emotional blocks that are lifting gradually as my confidence is creeping back in and I have successfully set some boundaries even if small ( always a big struggle for me). Creativity has finally started flowing back to me and synchronicities and signs from my guides have been really strong lately ( so strong I've had to laugh). I feel that it is perfectly aligned and you fell into my path at exactly the right time to support me with this part of my healing journey. Thank you beautiful soul.
